Espresso Medici

Check it out! We have a new espresso blend.

The Meritage was a six bean blend with the brazil roasted two different ways, making 7 different beans.
Ethopian Harrar
Panama
Costa Rica
Guatamala
Colombian
Brasil Ipanema dulce (roasted 2 dif ways)

The Espresso Medici is a seven bean blend with the addition of a Brasil Poco Fundo.
The Brasil Ipanema dulce is roasted one way in this blend. The Poco Fundo is crazy sweet and mellow.

I will have some notes on what the espresso is like later, but so far sweet, chocolate, fruity haze (sounds funny), and caramelly butter. This is what comes to mind.

So how did the Espresso Medici com about and why did we switch? Mike of Cuvee Coffee makes some rockin coffees. And here is another testimony of his geniousness. So he came across the Poco fundo and said it would be crazy good in the blend. We took a trip down to his Roastery and pulled some shots of the Poco.

CRAZY sweet!

This is a very unique espresso. So Mike cheers to you. It is great as a straight up espresso. Macchiato is magnificent, and the cap makes you clap.

Enough of my ranting and exclamation points!!!

Michael
