Dallas bound
South Central Regional Barista Competition is this Monday and Tuesday. Patrick and Clancy are all trained up and ready to go. They are a little nervous, but are determined and posses a look of fortitude and distinction. It is going to be a lot of fun and I hope to see you guys out there.

I came up with Patrick and Clancy today. We did some intense training in the car and when I left them at the convention center I was confident they'd do well. As now I am relaxing pool side with some wine down the road with no worries.
